My Girlfriend went through to hotel to do checking, at 9 o'clock, the guy was at reception said she wouldn't be allowed to do the checking cause she don't have the same surname then me, even she giving The Booking reservation number ,and showing my ID, I booked this hotel because I had a meeting near this place, so, my girlfriend she was waiting on the sofa from 9 until 23:26 the moment I arrived it at hotel, and the guy was completely rude with her! Hope the GM or whoever is in charge of this place take seriously this case, I did check in on 29/08 check out 30/08 Room 303 the bathroom was leaking while I had my shower, mirror completely dusty, someone just swiped the wet cloth and didn't even use a dry cloth

We were gifted this night away by our daughter as we were off to the 02. The location is ok but it's a half hour walk. (ignore Google Maps, it will take you around the back of the 02). We are regular customers of Premier Inn & I must say, for the price, our room, disappointing. It was small & had seen better days decor wise. It was also very brown! The bed was very comfortable (a little hard for husband's liking, but I loved it). The shower room was excellent although the loo seat was a little off centre. Brilliant shower & nice touches with the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. We asked for a couple of things from reception (sugar and instructions for the safe but they did not materialise). We had chips with blue cheese sauce in the restaurant and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Recommended. Check in and check out was easy. Parking spaces are designed for normal cars and with so many SUVs, the ability to find a space was halved. We parked further down the street, no charge.

Staying at the radisson red is a home away from home for me now. Staff are all friendly, the hotel is clean and the food is great. The location is a matter of minutes away from the o2 and a short walk into town. I find this hotel to relax me to my core

Terrible Service and Unfriendly Staff**
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. I had booked a twin room **two weeks in advance**, but when I tried to check in, I was told there were no twin rooms available and that they were all fully booked. Without offering any proper explanation or apology, the front desk staff simply assigned me a double bed room instead.
I tried to explain that my reservation clearly stated a twin room, but the staff refused to help or offer any solution. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I showed the manager my booking, which clearly confirmed the twin room, I was finally given the correct room type. This means the front desk staff had either lied or simply didn’t care to check properly.
As someone who travels frequently, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was disappointing, and the lack of professionalism from the front desk is unacceptable. I do **not** recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
