Horrible place, taken at night in a taxi to a horrible place with muslim writings on the wall, 3 men manning reception, taken accross a road down the backway of the horrible one star place like a detention centre. No breakfast which i had booked. Dirty nasty kettles please see pics. Same with duvet inside the cover, smelly pillows and socket behind head. Nasty please dont book. Takes £100 for a room that has things worth £5 in. Stay at home. The same £60 can get you a nice stay at signature hotel.

Worst experience in that lodge. They are not even professional. They transferred us to another hotel without any advance notice. The receptionist was terrible. Never going there again

位置超級差，感覺都出倫敦了。從地鐵站出來走路感覺快要有一公里了。到了前台，他們叫我上車，司機把我拉去了另一個酒店，讓我住在另一個酒店裡。不過沒有額外收我錢。

They share another location for another house near them for completely different quality. They also refer people to other hotels near them. Not professional at all.

1. The furniture and the table was broken and attached like a temporary fix 2. The corridor stinked of odor and lack of cleaning. 3. The carpet, wall and curtains had stain on them! Genuinely the worst!

First of all, I booked for a room in woodlands Lodge but they transferred me to another hotel company who gave me and my husband a dirty room. No television, curtains has got holes in them, rusted chair, no wardrobe and the worst part we have to go outside our room to use a communal toilet can you imagine? This is the worst hotel I've ever been. Absolutely ****. Don't booked any room with woodlands because they will transfer you to a **** hole.
