酒店安保還行，房間很不錯，有微波爐，就是廁所比較小。酒店提供的的健身房和游泳池，20樓的游泳池風景比較好，健身房有練腿的器械。

Check in was chaotic. Room key didn’t work and shower door on room broken. Was told I could WhatsApp any issues but no response. Went back down and was told someone would be up to fix it shortly. After I returned later nothing had been done. No air con in rooms, small fan given and was needed. Fairly noisy due to proximity of DLR until 12.30 and again from 5.30am

Got the cozy room for 3 nights which was a little squeezed for space, but manageable. The room can get quite warm in the summer, so it's best to order a portable fan. Other than that, the gym and pool are great, and the views from the 20th floor are awesome! Great value for money!

This was our second stay at The Ark Hotel in London, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The service was absolutely amazing—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel is spotless, and the rooms are not only clean but incredibly comfortable—the beds are some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! We chose to stay here again because it’s conveniently located near the O2 Arena—we were in London to see an artist perform there during our visit, and the hotel made everything so easy and accessible. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. We especially loved relaxing in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna—such a treat to have those available right at the hotel. We were impressed during our first visit, and this second stay just confirmed that The Ark Hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next 訂房網站 to London! Highly recommend!

Me and my partner booked a one bedroom flat for my birthday, unfortunately the staff had overbooked and we were left with a studio and found a vape in the bed. Amenities are nice, coffee shop next to reception has really good food

離地鐵比較近，設施還行，有冰箱和微波爐，附近還有Asda購物方便，前台的服務態度也比較友善，適合旅遊和商務工作

I’ve been here before when it was known as the collective, it’s the exact same nothing has changed however we were quite disappointed as there was a stain on a bedsheet. Bathroom door was broken so we told the reception and they checked us into another room. They were actually okay but it was just disappointing as I’ve been here before and really enjoyed my stay here last time.
