如果以這價格水平，在大都市倫敦，沒有空調，在夏天真的不好住，房又細，又熱，又焗，沖涼地方不到1M x 1M 空間，不太可能，還比日本酒店小，我不會再選擇這酒店，一句"不知所謂" 成230磅一晚，如此難受。

房間還湊合，就是很袖珍，不適合體態寬大的。一星期提供一次清潔，適合年輕人。咖啡廳，健身房，游泳池，洗衣房俱全，還有公共廚房，類似學生公寓！

房間沒有每天打掃衞生，需要催促之後才會隔幾天做一次衞生，房間很小，泳池據説修了好幾個月也沒有修好，不知道什麼原因。

Hotel was great. However the paint on the swimming pool roof was terrible. Also finding the parking was a nightmare with little to no help from reception. We went to one of their events in the bar and it was dreadful, was mainly a staff party. Promised three acts starting at 8pm however by 1130pm we only saw one act so we left after paying £30 entry. Would stay again but I would like to see many changes.

Booked a room for 5 nights for £2k and got no cleaning service at all during the stay. Location is bad with no shops. Service is really bad. They don’t have any resources and essentials needed for your stay. Expensive hotel with a lack of basic needs. No utensils provided. Don’t book or stay here unless you want to waste your money!!! Really expensive hotel! Not worth it at all!! Rubbish. Also be weary as cleaners will come into your room whilst you’re away outside and will come and fiddle with your stuff and steal items. My suitcase was all fumbled with. Avoid at all costs.

Check in was chaotic. Room key didn’t work and shower door on room broken. Was told I could WhatsApp any issues but no response. Went back down and was told someone would be up to fix it shortly. After I returned later nothing had been done. No air con in rooms, small fan given and was needed. Fairly noisy due to proximity of DLR until 12.30 and again from 5.30am
