El hotel es muy básico en cuanto a servicios. No hay ascensor, tampoco sirven desayunos o comidas. Lo mejor: -a 1 minuto del metro -limpio -recepcionista muy amable -servicios en las inmediaciones Lo peor: - colchón -ausencia de ascensor

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in London.This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Main reason the Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay, special thank you to Mustafa at the reception, he was incredibly helpful. Definitely will come back and will recommend it to friends. See you soon Mustafa
