My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time at Harbour Hotel. The facilities are amazing, we especially enjoyed access to the Spa. Highly recommended for a weekend away from thr hustle and bustle of city life (although a short bus ride from Richmond centre).

Искали отель рядом с Royal ballet school (White lodge), в пешей доступности. Очень удобное расположение прямо рядом с Richmond gate. Отель прекрасный. Все очень стильно и эстетично. Чистота. Удобные кровати, мягкие ковры. Приветственный джин/тоник. Бонус-спа. Достаточно много людей посещает. Но открыт уже с 6.30 до 9.00. Обратите внимание, что детям можно только с 8.30-10.00 и с 16.30-18.00. Из минусов по чистоте бассейна: постоянно попадаются волосы когда плывешь.

It was an extended stay for one extra day for assigned to moving to another room from the new building block. I prefer the previous room. New room despite the modern design and newer amenities yet only has a window that doesn’t have view nor access to fresh air from the open so it was a restless night for me. The only blessing in disguise was being able to catch the sunrise from the restaurant and still they serve decen breakfast!

We had the best time at this hotel, the amenities were as per expected - the spa was well equipped just what you need if you’re on a look out for a staycation in Richmond. The Nordic style jacuzzi was cherry on top and if you’re brave enough to go on the cold plunge, I dare you try it! The room was nice, I was initially given a room without a bathtub which contradicted the listing but as soon a I mentioned it to the reception, they gave me a different room immediately. The staff were accommodating and ready to provide guidance all the time. 5/5 experience!

The hotel offered us room 001 on the cellar floor, which was situated directly under the reception area. It was extremely noisy, and it felt like someone was walking on our heads. As that was the only available room for the night, we decided to leave and requested a refund. However, they still haven't gotten back to us about it, which is very disappointing.
