距離LCY機場很近，房間環境設施齊全，缺點離輕軌很近，確實偶爾會有震動不過不影響睡眠，性價比可以適合趕飛機

這次入住體驗超出預期。酒店地理位置優越，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便。房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，床品柔軟舒服，睡覺很踏實。衞生間水壓穩定，熱水來得快。前台服務貼心，有問題響應及時。整體設施維護得不錯，性價比在線，出行住這裡很省心，會回購。

房間比較少，比較太多的期待感。優點離倫敦城市機場比較近，走路能到，也可以坐公交車，公交車站出門就是了。

The room was everything you would need. Comfortable and absolute control over the temperature. The bathroom was a bit small compared to other places that I have stayed in. Service on the first night was exceptional. Very thoughtful.

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall it was okay. The bed was comfortable and a really big blanket on bed. Our toilet clogged on the last night, they said they couldn’t do anything until tomorrow morning (when we were leaving) so we had to go down always to use the bathroom. We had room on second floor and we noticed sometimes shaking like an earthquake, probably because of the train, but nothing too much. So overall i would probably not stay here again because the location was quite bad (far away from everything, 45-60 min metro to soho) but if location doesn’t matter then this is good.

Easily located near the airport with quick access to the DLR for simple travel. Room was clean and basic, the food and sauna were great. Staff really friendly.

The staff at the front desk/reception were amazing, the room was really cold due to the air condition and I had to keep calling and going back and forth for someone to help regulate the cold room. The staff in the front desk were helpful but in the end just had to give up and sleep in the cold. The cleaner were really good, without a blink the room was tidy. Thanks you all

Great location for airport, although not a great area to walk through as dirty. Room adequate. Lady on reception on checkout friday 11th july was just as bad as last time - rude, ignored people waiting whilst talking on phone, just useless.
