La ubicación fue lo ÚNICO bueno en la estancia (está muy cerca de la estación de trenes y metro Victoria). TODO LO DEMÁS FATAL. No lo recomiendo para nada. Sucio, con los muebles hechos polvo. Se nos cayó en la cara un cuadro durante la madrugada y después nos dimos cuenta de que en la cama había BICHOS. ERAN CHINCHES. ESTE SITIO ES UN PROBLEMA PARA LA SALUD PÚBLICA. HABRIA QUE CERRARLO.
The location was the ONLY good thing about the stay (it's very close to Victoria train and tube station). EVERYTHING ELSE DISGUSTING. I do not recommend it at all. Dirty, with dusty furniture. A painting fell on our faces during the early morning and then we realized that there were BUGS in the bed. THEY WERE BED BUGS. THIS SITE IS A PUBLIC HEALTH PROBLEM. I SHOULD CLOSE IT.

Pagamos 135 euros por dos habitaciones para 2 adultos y 4 niños para hacer noche y levantarnos pronto para ir al aeropuerto. Por el precio, calidad/precio... excelente.
Al lado de Victoria Coach Station, ideal para regresar al aeropuerto a cualquier hora de la madrugada (la estación de autobuses de Victoria está a 5 minutos andando).
Ubicación excelente para visitar Londres ya que está a 15 minutos del Palacio de Backinham, 25 minutos andando de Picadilly Circus, etc. Ubicación excelente.
Las habitaciones estaban limpias, con cafés, infusiones, juego de toallas para todos...
En definitiva, por ese precio, en Londres, un chollo.

Dame de l’accueil très désagréable et agressive envers les clients, suite à une erreur de ma part elle m’a crier déçu et à été très désobligeante. Cependant, l’hôtel est très bien placé mais malheureusement trop petite chambre. Je vous déconseille cette établissement pour le confort et le personnel mais excellent pour l’emplacement.
