前台非常差，有些欺負亞洲面孔！比如，昨日我找前台有事，看見有人在與她交流，我就去聽，因為我想學英語，結果前台就數落我不該站那裡，之後她一直虎著臉凶巴巴的給我辦事！今天我問另一個工作人員，他卻給我指放在前台的告示，上面説有三個人排隊，就不要站那裡，可當時衹有一個人！由於昨晚在網上又訂了一晚，今天我就去給前台説，她説我必須搬房，因為價錢不同；我説我補差價，她説不行。然後她給我換了另一面的房，是大公路邊的，由於房間是封閉的，汽車尾氣很重，我聞這個頭昏，因此就讓她給我調後一排，她説我要麼不住、要麼就聽她的安排，沒房給我換！可我在這裡住第二次了，第一次就住了7天，每天每個房都空很多床，怎可能沒房換！最後經理給我換了！設施又差、前台又差，所以生意非常差，住了這次我再不會來了！

Good links into central London and Elizabeth line. Notting Hill and Ladbroke grove close and W12 Westfield. The shops close early though about 9 pm . Have to walk 1/4 of a mile to petrol station at Wilsden junction. In this weather, 🤣 crazy. Good hostel. Warm and loads of different people from around the world.

Not the best hostel as it is not the cleanest but it does the job - pay attention that it would be great to have a 10 pound with you for the key deposit. The wifi was not working.

共用スペースも広く、部屋も清潔に保たれていて非常に使いやすかったです。また、リフォームが終わったばっかりなのか、シャワーやトイレの水回りは特に綺麗で非常に心地が良かったです。ただ、キッチンが4階の端っこにあって、到達するのに結構めんどくさかったのが難點です。市內からは離れていますが、地下鉄の駅の眼の前にあるのでアクセスはしやすいです。

I was not informed that there will be a 10£ cash only deposit for the key, when I arrived at 11:40pm without cash I have no choice but only their ATM, yes there is a ATM machine right by their reception, and it charge me 1.5£ to withdraw 10£.that’s how they make the money. And there was only one plug per room and my pillows and quilt smelled horrible.
