I arrived early to the hotel and asked if there was any possibility I could check in early? The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and fortunately there was room ready so I checked and had a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the facilities over two days. I particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool and the sauna. I was attending an event at the Excel Arena so location could not have been better. Thank you to the staff for wonderful service

Great hotel, quite easy to get downtown London in 30 mins. We had dinner one night (food good!) and it said 25% discount on the menu if you eat before 7pm but we were told when we paid, you had to book the night before. But other than that, highly recommend. We got the family room and lots of space.

The hotel is very grand, very nice and good access to transportarion with the DLR and Elisabeth line just at the footstep of the Hotel. My only little worry is that it seems that my purse with my home local money disappeared during that time which left in the hotel as i could not use in London. This was a disappointment upon my departure but as of course there is no proof could not advise the hotel so it is a little disappointment and will take more care next time..

The room is clean, two double bed is fine, good view and quiet, the parking space not enough due to construction outside (I think so). U need to walk 15 mins to public transport even though u are in zone 2. No one check the shower gel before check in so we had no shower gel to use that night. Breakfast is fair enough but good. Everything is good only the the location, no public transport nearby if u not drive by car or uber.

Keep my little one entertain on breakfast with colouring stuff. Free water on the room is only 1 can, could be better with number of guests.Slipper not available on first day. Requests had been accomodated. Overall good stay.

前台服務態度非常惡劣 強製收取按金！給現金還不行 必須刷卡 然後我的按金用信用卡付款的 退房後等了四天才到賬 太氣人了 床單上還有汙漬頭髮 不會再來 種族歧視華人！
