來倫敦住這家酒店很多次 這次的體驗不太好 房間入住時 中間的門是打開的 能看到隔壁房間 寄存取行李 也出了點小差錯

該酒店位於泰晤士河南岸，去北岸走路5分鐘，去市中心走路10分鐘，都很方便。旁邊超市很多，中超＂天天店＂就在隔壁。衞生每天會打掃，門口小哥都很熱情，是一個值得入住的酒店。

房間佈置簡潔時尚，床品乾淨衞生，每天都有人將房間打掃得乾淨整潔，唯一不足的是沒有找到拖鞋，下單酒店時有説提供拖鞋的，不過幸好我們自己帶了在飛機上穿的拖鞋，最後也沒有再問酒店要了

我們從倫敦肯辛頓地區乘坐地鐵黃線，到黑衣修士站下車，走出地鐵擡頭就見酒店的招牌，走過大橋就在泰晤士河的南岸，我們到達時已經是晚上了，看不出什麼風景，第二天早餐時，哇塞！風景太美，酒店環境安靜，正門出去不遠有一家較大的中國超市，交通還是比較方便的！特別是他們的前台，很耐心，禮貌，客氣為我們解答各種問題。特別是有一位大堂管理，看著亞洲面孔，主動為我們解決吃飯問題（因為我們要找中國飯店）給我們建議，並説有問題去找她，雖然她的中文部很流利（後來知道她是越南籍的）但特主動熱情，讓我們深感溫暖！

We experienced several issues at sea containers hotel. Firstly we asked for turn-down nightly and was only done once. I had brought this to ciaran the manager attention and he said it would be done that night and the turndown was not done again. We stayed for 7 nights and communication with guest services was very poor and we also brought this to Cairan's attention and he acknowledged that there were issues and nothing was done by him to fix these issues. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and for a 5 star hotel the service and communication was very poor. Even when we spoke to someone on the front desk about this turn-down issue they said they would look into the matter and get back to us. They didnt call back or leave a message. I requested some face towels with one of the cleaning person and he said there was a shortage of them. Very very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Hope this feedback helps you improve your hotel.

位置離市中心稍遠，但是酒店環境服務都很不錯，早飯也很豐盛，邊上blackfriars車站可以坐火車直達gatewick機場

El Hotel está muy buen ubicado y en una muy buena zona. Cerca hay paradas de metro y la zona es muy nueva, bonita, poco concurrida y limpia. El hotel es excelente. El desayuno estás muy bueno y el comedor es muy bonito con vistas al río. Las habitaciones y el interior del hotel también están muy bien a nosotros nos gustó mucho. Como única objección diría que las almohadas son demasiado blandas pero eso es una opinión personal. El trato fue immejorable, disponen de paraguas por si llueve y muy amaboes todos.
