房間很大，很滿意，已經在這個酒店住了好多次了，前台的Sarah, Monica, Jack 等人也很友善，對待客人很熱情，早餐是傳統的英式早餐，還有一些🥐，肉片等冷盤，很豐盛期待下次再回來～

房間乾淨衞生安靜，前台服務很好，可以寄存行李，一樓就是吃早飯的，也要咖啡廳，有吧枱可以閑坐一會，整體感覺很棒，值得推薦

Always enjoy staying here. Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean, tea and coffee supplied. Would be fantastic if rooms had a fridge though. Breakfast was good, good selection of teas and vegan options available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside would be that the channels on the cable don't really work. Some do but most don't, when travelling with children and none of the children's channels work, it can be a bit of a nuisance. Aside from that I always enjoy staying here. Good location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a very bad location for London travelers, the hotel does not have it's own parking but uses a private parking elsewhere. You will have a hard time trying to find this hotel and the American GPS will take you to nowhere round and round the circle in the Dual Carriage way.

Stayed here again. Love everything here in the Leonardo. Great location a few minutes walk down from the station. A short walk into town. Staff are always great there, rooms are always clean and tidy. Beds always super comfy

We were disappointed to be allocated a disabled room after late check in around 23:00 pm for an overnight stay in which we didn't ask for. We didn't bother to request for a room change after coming all the way from the airport. Next morning when we checked out, we told the front reception guy who said he would report it to the manager. Anyhow, we stayed at this hotel the third time in which this time was a bit mixed up with the room allocation.

Convenient place to stay. within walking distance to train station and all major tourist areas. comfy bed, spacious room and excellent breakfast. Clean room. Helpful front desk staff.
