Room is comparably spacious . Very Good Service. Thank you Sunanda for arranging the doctor immediately . She is very helpful ☺️, and thank you Rebecca explaining the express check out service . She is very helpful too ☺️. Only the water pressure for the shower is not good enough . Others were all fine .

房間不大，但是有梳化床，親子出遊剛剛好。早餐我們在前台申請了，超豐富，有家庭用餐區。就是衞生清理有點慢，和前台申請了才過來。

We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well

房間服務很差！幾天不打掃衞生！打掃時也衹是敷衍一下，衹換毛巾。地板，桌子都是不打掃的哦 特別是，我們退房時忘記拔下兩個電源轉換器，退房當天上了火車就聯繫，她們就説是沒有看到！ 反正我們以後不會再去這個酒店了！

倫敦諾富特地理位置便利，地鐵站靠近Hammersmith，2區，位置方便。行政房較好，普通房間就真的非常普通，淋雨是在浴缸上面的，並且洗澡頭頂會有排氣扇對著你吹，感受不好。酒店是給我升級到行政套房，整體都很好，有自助咖啡機，窗外景色也很美麗。位置絕佳。服務：前台基本都是印度小哥哥和小姐姐。小姐姐我是沒遇到服務好的，但小哥哥服務好，講解細緻，有什麼訴求可以和他們講。整體很滿意，下次還會入住。

酒店房間設施陳舊，被套和枕頭罩有明顯汙漬，馬桶沖水居然能沖到外面。 第三天房間的門卡突然不能使用，下樓找了兩次reception，最後在門口又等了五分鐘，維修工才來把房門打開。 明顯達不到四星級的賓館水準，在我看來最多一星，唯一亮點早餐還不錯。

Great stay at the Novotel London West. The hotel is really clean with daily housekeeping (you can opt out and they will give a free drink for every day). Room is clean and well maintained. Location is fantastic as there are various tube lines to get to central London. The station is just a 5 mins walk away with many amenities, there is also a Tesco superstore 10 mins away which we only found out on our last day. Overall, it’s a great value considering the well maintained, spacious room and the great location.
