This hotel is the worst to stay at, reasons:
1) I had 3 luggages and 1 bag with me. Upon check-in, no one didn't assisted me with my luggages to my room, they just looked at me struggling with them.
2)Toiletries are not provided
3) Robe and bed slippers are not provided
4) Breakfast: Not much options and taste very poor
5) Hotel location from the airport proximity is a lie on the booking site. It takes more 25mins to get to either location
6) Hotel location from the tourist attraction areas such as London Eye etc proximity is also a lie. It takes more 30mins to get to the locations.
NB. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel because after staying, I understood why payment was non-refundable.
No one in their right mind would pay so much money and not expect to get even an inch of luxury. And mind you, my reservation was for 5 days. So can you imagine staying somewhere uncomfortable for so long!
