Superb location on a quiet street and just a few minutes to the station. The receptionist Ellie was amazing n very helpful. When i went to check in, i was upgraded to the 2 bedroom garden apartment. Thanks for that, guys. As i checked in, there was no hot water, and the lights in the basement were not working. Immediately, i made a call she sent someone to check, and it was ok. Overall, it was a nice apartment and i will stay again. Thank you

1月份的時候住過他們的room2，還是不錯的，但是這次過來住的房間，因為靠馬路，而且窗戶根本沒有密封，非常吵鬧，一晚上沒法入睡，所以第二天前台給換到他們的另一棟樓，周圍很安靜，但是住了四晚，沒有更換毛巾浴巾，沒有打掃，沒有收垃圾，發郵件問了前台，説是我預訂的房間沒有這些服務，一週衹打掃一次，這個非常不合理，至少每天更換毛巾，三天清潔一次

1. 所處的位置出行還是蠻方便的，包括去超市買東西，2.像獨立的民宿一居室，居住了九天來扔了垃圾，換了毛巾，其他沒有什麼服務，晚上的時候水壓上不過來，22:00之後幾乎不能洗澡，馬桶也沖不了水，水溫低；3.他們是旋轉樓梯，而且沒有感應燈，下樓的時候要注意不要踩空，我扭傷腳了之後兩天在酒店裡沒有出去發郵件給酒店也沒有回覆

Good location, very clean, easy to check in, good facilties in a basement apartment with garden. However the sound insulation between the apartment and the floor of the neighbouring one above was very poor which resulted in disturbed sleep.

One of the best studios that I have stayed in. The facilities, location and comfort were all excellent.  It was located just off the high street where there are numerous eateries for every palate. The location of the property was about an 8 minute walk after checking in.

Communication is easy and there is someone on the phone to speak to for help. I arrived at the time during the heatwave so without air conditioning it was a struggle. Otherwise all fine.

It was a lovely stay. Location is convenient and amenities were sufficient. Kitchen and dining + lounge area was nice and spacious. Service was generally good. Would be good if they would have responded faster on luggages (if it could be left at reception) before check in and more helpful with the drying instructions for the dual wash and dry machine.
