地段非常好，去皮卡迪利廣場、白金漢宮、海德公園都很方便，步行即可；離地鐵口也很近。酒店的服務員也很NICE，房間的電視機沒信號，他們過來很耐心的修了半天。

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, every detail was perfect. The staff went above and beyond with friendly, attentive service. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was ideal—close to attractions yet peaceful. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location where underground station nearby and restaurants are available everywhere. The room is clean and generally the staff are nice and helpful. The only thing disappointed me was that my son had asked for the checkout time at the night before and the lady told him it could be made to 1:00pm. However, I just received a call from the hotel at 11:50pm that I should checkout at 12:00. I was just on my way back to hotel and I had to rush back for the checkout with an elderly.
