酒店雖然比較老了，但很英倫風，而且很大很整潔，英式早餐也很豐富，旁邊就是公園環境不錯，而且離火車站很近很方便

Service was amazing, food was amazing, location was perfect, my only issue was the window would forcefully shut itself unless wedged open with something and there was nowhere to refrigerate drinks despite the insanely hot weather at the time of my stay, however my 訂房網站 was amazing and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Friendly and efficient service. Rooms are not huge but plenty of space and clean and comfortable; bathroom was very clean (recently renovated?). The rooms facing over the commons get a little bit of noise from the road, but also have a great view of the sunset.

I had a single room and when I entered the room it smelled of a hint of sewers. Can’t say this is for all rooms as I haven’t been in them of course but that was my experience. The room was clean just had a bad smell. Had breakfast included and the staff were lovely. It’s an old style hotel with a tiny tv right in the upper corner of the room which you probably can’t see from your bed.

Second time staying at this hotel. Fantastic location and service is great. There was an issue with our room being incorrectly allocated to start with, but the lady on reception sorted it straight away and found us 2 rooms opposite each other. Lovely rooms and very good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Parking is very limited after driving around for quite some time we had to pay to park maximum 4hrs stay and walk to hotel with luggage not ideal as we had a table booked at a restaurant to meet family. Selected a crown room very small and situated at the rear of hotel constant droning noise all night. We kept the window open due to heat in the room fan on wall is far too noisy to leave on. After a night of no sleep we left the hotel.  Having stayed at this hotel on previous occasions with no issues our recent stay was very disappointing

Very nice hotel All very clean and pleasant Staff at reception and in the dining room are all so polite and helpful Room very good with a very nice en-suite Breakfast included in price was very nice with lots of different options Would certainly go back again

住到第八天，晚上房間洗浴熱水沒有了，找前台才告知壞了，不知何時能修好。後來換房折騰，這個房間第二天回來，居然沒給打掃。然後暖氣調節又壞了，房間熱的不行。服務也直線下降，開始前台也好服務員也好很有禮貌，住到後來就連招呼都不打了，直接陌生無視。看來前面的好評是給早了，住九天還是差評吧。
