住到第八天，晚上房間洗浴熱水沒有了，找前台才告知壞了，不知何時能修好。後來換房折騰，這個房間第二天回來，居然沒給打掃。然後暖氣調節又壞了，房間熱的不行。服務也直線下降，開始前台也好服務員也好很有禮貌，住到後來就連招呼都不打了，直接陌生無視。看來前面的好評是給早了，住九天還是差評吧。

Great polite people, allowed to keep key there so I knew I was never going to lose it, breakfast is included which is set up as a buffet so I didn't need to pay extra (as it says on the booking), great links to O2 arena (service 108 is 24hrs excluding Xmas day) deffo would recommend going there again.

I booked the crown room and requested twins beds. However they only have double bed when i checked in. They suggested to give me another twin beds room instead. And also told me the size is the same as what i booked. But, , it’s actually smaller, not crown room size! The room is clean and comfy. Their breakfast is what we appreciated the most.

This was our second stay at the Clarendon Hotel, Blackheath and we were equally as happy with our choice. The super king (bed) room was spacious, clean and well provisioned. If I have any critisisms (constructive I hope), they are that drinking water and herbal tea bags should be provided. The style of the room, whilst lovely, was a little confused. Mahogany and walnut veneered furniture, and white painted wooden curtain poles... The breakfast included in the price was excellent, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked english breakfast. The evening meal menu was also excellent and the food did not disappoint. The breakfast/dining room staff are extremely helpful, attentive and friendly.

The room and bathroom was super clean. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel is only 7 minutes drive and 20 minutes walk to the Royal Museums Greenwich.

Service was average. Facilities are a bit outdated. Room by was quite small with single glass windows which had condensed every night making the by room quite cold in the nights. Breakfast was monotonous and boring but warm served! We didn't sleep in other rooms or had a looks, so I say 50/50 is my recomandation!

The hotel overlooks the Heath and is walking distance from Greenwich Park as well the station which has regular trains to central London.
