Sticky floor and dining table. I cleaned it myself. A wine glass previously used by the former customer was found behind the bed. Very convenient location to go to main attractions. Self-help hotel, so, no service was provided. A bit struggling to enter the hotel as the first password given was wrong but luckily we could call through in the end. They had provided all the cutlery, even water boiler and knives and else but no electric stove and cooking pan, I think they expect people who rented the apartment to do only microwaved food.

非常垃圾的體驗，酒店本身在火車鐵軌下面，本來就吵，另一邊是bar和吃飯一條街，兩頭吵，經常無故停水； 酒店床單也不乾淨； 倫敦夏天晝長夜短，需要遮光窗簾，結果是壞的，第一天就叫人來修，結果我check out 之前都沒有人來修，客服已讀不回，一整個垃圾酒店

自助入住，無前台。四點之後入住有點坑。訂房網站代理，還沒有把入住郵件發給我，在外面等了很久。房間很大，盤子咖啡都齊全，離滑鐵盧車站很近，走路可以走到大本鐘，西敏寺。位置不錯

This Stow Away is not same like other hotel with check in counter. If you book with this hotel you need to reach before 10pm . Or remind hotel to email you all the pass code. I like to hotel, but the train subway nearby .
