Horrendous. Listen to the clips attached! Let me start from the beginning, when we arrived, we arrived early for checkin which was fine, they took our bags and suits that were in suit carriers no problem. Akash was helpful to start. When we arrived back at 3pm, the suits were handed to us by a member of staff in which I do not know his name, they were handed to us like they were bags of dog ****. We were also informed that checkout would be 2pm. When we arrived to the apartment which we paid £500 for the night, it was not very clean, there was hairs in the shower bed, the windows were extremely dirty and there was skid marks in the toilet. Following on, we went out to our meetings, came home at earlyish hours of the morning and was woken this morning to a very rude phone call from the ‘supervisor’ Gabriela. Now, i have encountered **** holes, i have encountered alot of horrible difficult people but this little girl, Gabriela. She was up there with the worst. She tried to patronise myself and my friend, she constantly phoned us on multiple occasions and she came chapping the door with vengeance. When i answered i was told that we must leave now! “You must leave now!” “You have 5 minutes or im phoning the police” now, as a customer of the marriott for 5 years, i have stayed in various sheraton by marriott all over the world. I have stayed in the marriott as far as bangkok and the UAE. I will not be back to any marriott establishment, i am going to attach some recordings that i managed to take of our encounters with this little girl gabriella. Foul mouthed - insulting and patronising us. The unprofessionalism was ripping out of her. Going on, when i requested to speak to the manager i was told that he was ‘in a meeting’ and when i said i can wait in the lobby I was told to wait outside. There was no compromise, there was nothing polite or kind about the service we received. I would advise to stay clear of this place. One star is an over rating, if you are looking for somewhere for a friendly, clean stay - the residence inn by marriott at london tower is certainly not the place.
