圖一的女前台給十足的差評。同情心什麼的根本是沒有的，包括他們前台的男經理。我在訂房網站上看到的房間是圖二那樣的，給到我的，是非常狹小且悶熱潮濕有氣味，冰箱無法使用「前台說是擺設用途」，空調出風口建議大家可以看看，可能10年沒洗了，全是灰塵。我其中一天帶娃回到酒店已經是晚上9點多，孩子趴在我身上睡著了，我還背著行李，因為我們當天跟團所以孩子還沒吃飯，我叫了外賣放在禮賓部，想讓前台幫忙讓禮賓部的人幫幫忙，因為我實在一個人抽不開身，她冷冷地回答不可以。後面我進了電梯遇到禮賓部那個小夥子，他非常主動熱情友好幫忙我。早餐餐廳的員工們服務質素也很好，我甚至給了他們10磅小費。但對於前廳部那男經理還有這個女的，真的無語至極。男經理非常裝，明明知道我訂房以及跟前廳協商換房的前因後果但見到我的時候卻狡辯說他什麼都不知道讓我從頭講一遍，其中他另外兩個同事ergo 明明告知他過。在我陳述事情經過時他還非常無禮打斷我，當時我孩子也在跟前。問我究竟要什麼！房間我看到ergo有要幫我換，但男經理並沒有幫我更改，最後➕了凳子還有把食物放冰箱，那時候我的牛奶已經全部變質了。真是噁心至極，外表富麗堂皇，裡面的虛有其表。服務非常差，一個晚上3000多，噁心🤮。不過訂房網站是可以的，幫忙介入好幾次，無奈這酒店太噁心強勢。請大家避雷此酒店

The experience was 10/10. I booked this hotel through 訂房網站 and more than happy to pay for what I got as the room was beautifully decorated when we went in, the decor, the ambiance, the location, vibe everything was wonderful . Located in the heart of London. Will deffo book again ❤️

We had an amazing experience with our first stay at The Dilly. Perfect central location, gorgeous 5*hotel, the staff were wonderful. Don on reception in particular made our stay for my best friends 40th birthday, extra special with complimentary breakfast and an upgrade to the VIP lounge. We felt truly spoilt! He couldn’t do enough for us. Comfortable and spacious room, lovely and quiet with no noise disturbance. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again!

Un séjour mitigé, pour un.mauvais rapport qualité prix Les points positifs : l'emplacement central, l'ensemble du centre sportif avec une grande piscine, hamam et salle de.sport Les moins: chambres mal entretenues, salle de bain bien triste, miroir détérioré, oreillers moyennement confortables. Climatisation vieillissante, eclairages faibles, mauvaise isolation sonore, lit étroit Parties piscine vieillissantes, mal éclairées et bien tristes Petit déjeuner : du choix, mais peu de qualité, et dans un cadre mal décoré et meublé. La vaisselle sale et les produits de.nettoyage traînent sous le nez des clients Parties communes : un petit salon de fauteuils en second jour En bref: Un hotel qui mériterait des renovations, rafraîchissements pour plus de charme. Pas digne d'un 5 étoiles, et qui manque de caractère comparé à d'autres 4 etoiles londoniens, définitivement!. Dommage.

Hotel in perfetto stile londinese, posizione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo, assoluta disponibilità e professionalità. Camera ampia e ben arredata, letto molto comodo. Tutto eccellente! È l’unico hotel a Londra che consiglio! Grazie di tutto, è stato proprio un bel soggiorno.

酒店位置沒得説，非常優越，去哪裡走路都很方便，離市區各個景點步行都能到達，白金漢宮，大本鐘，威斯敏斯特教堂…，離唐人街很近，奶茶麻辣燙川菜真的是愛

酒店的地理位置絕佳，出門20米就是皮卡迪利廣場，旁邊就是SOHO，唐人街，離哪都近，就是老酒店設施有些老舊了，房間會有點味道，屋外旁邊有推門，隔音不好一早有點吵，但是最重要的還是位置好，下次去倫敦還會選這家酒店

房間還可以，總體入住感覺還不錯。説説設施：應該要更新了，電梯一直壞，衹有一個電梯工作，很不便利，等候的時間很長。衞生：每天都清潔，還不錯哦。環境：市中心超級繁華的地段，給5分，大堂的鮮花非常漂亮，還有無論到哪都是非常方便的。

Forgot to take photos of the actual room. Compared to the photos, the room is 10x darker irl. It’s very dim - if that’s the kind of vibe you’re after go ahead. Location is excellent, 2mins walk from Piccadilly Circus station. Walking distance to Soho, Covent Gardens, Regent Street. Average customer service, nothing unpleasant but nothing to shout about. Same goes for cleanliness. I like that they have infused water and fruits for guests at the lobby and 2 packets of cookies that they replenish everyday.
