Worst possible to get reply not returning any money booked for 4 nights but due to TYPHOON in hongkong couldn’t travel. Requested to deduct for a night but got blunt reply. This is not good in service industry. Will never recommend anyone this property.

The good - very aesthetically pleasing decor - super close to Bond Street Station and Oxford Street - Not too far from some cute restaurants and coffee shops The bad - TV was not located in front of the bed but on the left hand side which made watching anything together uncomfortable and challenging - noise from the glass recycling is really loud early in the morning. Woke me up more than once. - no actual surface available in the room other than in the bathroom or the minuscule side tables which are covered in hotel’s books. No desk or table to place your items on or to drink your coffee at. Not even a writing pad provided. The only extremely small surface is covered my the coffee machine and coffee tray - water in room not provided every day and when it was provided only sparkling - one elevator for the entire building which resulted in waiting quite a while pretty often - shower is separated from bathroom by glass but the glass doesn’t come out far enough to stop water getting on the floor. After every shower the floor was basically soaked, more like a wet room than anything else. Although the hotel is pretty to look at and the staff are friendly I won’t be recommending it to anyone at this price point.

地理位置很好，全新裝修的房間很漂亮，衞生不錯，免費迷你吧很贊，前台很有禮貌。浴室使用有一點不便，但也沒有太大影響。早餐是半自助的，熱菜衹能點餐，選擇不多，但服務很熱情。推薦的。

The room doesn't meet the standards of a hotel of the advertised level. The staff is untrained and rude to guests (professionalism is lacking). Very expensive for what it offers. Not recommended.
