這家也是極簡的商務風格裝修，有直通希斯羅機場5號客運大樓的連廊，看起來是不少候機和轉機住客的首選，估計就是因為不缺客人，所以工作態度上就馬虎也無所謂了。這邊除了早餐餐飲部食品豐富口味也算不錯看似沒有暴雷之外，其他都比較雷，首先靠近禪意花園的快餐廳的服務員晚餐時候一直注意力不集中，顧客説要點單，他也很不耐煩，推説叫顧客先找座位坐下再來，結果過了10多分鐘都沒人影，最後肚子很餓的顧客衹能自行再找其他服務員交涉，才終於吃到晚餐，然後是客房部的清潔衞生問題，簡直噦了，被單上竟然有之前房客留下的鼻屎幹！！！別家酒店就算衞生不達標也不至於明面上這麼雷，這家簡直就是天雷滾滾。被單都不洗的嗎？！總之建議為趕飛機衹能住這裡的旅客們都自行帶好能隔臟被單的睡衣或布料為好。

索菲特酒店就在希思羅T5客運大樓旁邊，前台服務熱情周到，還給我們房間免費升級，房間裡有免費礦泉水和曲奇餅乾，還貼心配有拖鞋。我們當晚十點鐘入住，第二天六點多就地轉機。安心睡個覺酒店morning call叫醒服務。酒店出入十分方便，走五分鐘就到了登機安檢口。是個值得推薦的轉機歇腳好酒店🏨

離客運大樓很近，搭乘英航非常方便，環境不錯，房間很安靜，配備浴缸與淋浴，工作人員都很熱情，推薦！

酒店房間雖然覺得還可以的，床挺舒服。洗手間就真的有點老舊，衞生有點不到位，見到毛髮😖；這個就是酒店挑用黑色地磚的原因吧😂。如果酒店不是在T5旁邊而這次搭早機（06:45）的話，我肯定會考慮住在外面市區的酒店了；我衹能説機場酒店是需要有不同的評價標準。最後一提，酒店深夜可能會總機沒有人接電話，我家裡凌晨四點打來，酒店第一次是沒人接電話，第二次就一拿起電話筒就掛線，第三次打去才成功跟接線生溝通到把電話轉去房間，因為電話調了靜音，家裡人怕我們睡過頭；這個必須酒店關注一下了。

5터미널에 위치하고 있어서 비행기로 에든버러 넘어갈 때 머물기 좋습니다. 시설이나 청결 이런건 다 좋았는데 세탁서비스 이용 금액이 중복 결제되었어요. 메일로 소통한지 3일 넘었는데 아직도 해결 안되고 있습니다ㅋ 본인들은 중복 결제 안했다고 우기는데 이거때문에 별점 1점 드려요 웬만하면 비용 들어가는 서비스는 이용하지 마세요

I only stayed overnight and checked out very early because my flight was early. It was very convenient to Terminal 5 with easy walking access to the terminal. The room was very quiet and I would loved to have enjoyed the amenities but I arrived late and checked out early so only went to sleep! The Hotel is huge! You can get lost in there.

Nice higher end hotel with lots of attentive staff. Pricy but if you want the convenience of a Sixt car rental located in the hotel (and car pickup is right outside), then it’s probably worth it! Comfy bed, air conditioned rooms, though fitting are getting a tad dated (e.g. no beside outlets for phone charging). Would stay there again for flights at T5 (it’s a hike from T1-T4 though)…..

Having stayed here many times, I do feel they have lost their shine. Things are a little shabby, public places around the hotel, especially the seating in the bar area, where lighting is really poor perhaps a good thing as it was less noticeable. We would have eaten in there for ease but the poor lighting put us off ( lighting was there but not switched on or bulbs had expired…) I even mentioned to our waiter we had decided to eat in the restaurant where the menu was similar but you could see it! I wonder if that feedback had been given to management… in ‘the day’ it certainly would have. The porter at reception looked like he couldn’t be bothered except to tell us we couldn’t take the airport trolley to our room. Given we had 3 big cases plus hand luggage, the vacant porters trolley would have helped us. That again in the day would never have happened. Sad really, but on the positive the food was good (Lamb and Chicken curries) and the staff friendly with smiles on their faces!

Slightly slow check in as trainee on the desk - unclear instructions on how to locate room. Room itself was very good - amenities to hand. Bar service poor and the staff member who served us had an attitude. Went to the international restaurant but decided it was too noisy and canteen like - for a few pounds more, eat in the French style one. There both service and food were excellent. Well located for access to the terminal.
