不滿意 我帶著小老頭去住 給了兩間衹能走樓梯到的房間 小老頭差點絆倒 房間裡味道很沖很臭 兩間房都得換 還好成功換房了

Windowless, damp basement double room, not at all as advertised on the site. Be mindful that you will end up in the basement, with no chance to move if any of the standard double rooms with windows are occupied. They should make it clear that you're booking a basement room with no windows, mis-selling, in my opinion. Other hotels are quite clear that you're booking a windowless room upfront. Damp smell was prevalent, particularly at check-in before turning the air-conditioning on. Morning was dark since it's the basement. It's good if you like that, and want to sleep. Hopefully, you don't miss your checkout.

The check-in line was very long because the person in front took a very long while to complete. Also, the room was a little bit too small especially the bathroom. There were no amenities really. Location was alright. Someone knocked on our door at 11 sharp during check out time , and it seemed quite rushed.

What a spectacular location. The owners have started a Reno and we stayed in one of the newly refreshed rooms. Was great. Everything we needed in the room. It is a real shame the people working there let the place down. From the passive aggressive guy behind the desk to the barman who fell asleep on the couches watching the tv. Room cleaning makes the bed that’s it, doesn’t empty bins replenish toilet paper replace used glasses or cups. This place could easily be top notch but for the people

Location is good, which is near to the City centre. Hence the transportation is convenient. However, there is smell which is not pleasant, sound like someone staying previously has smoked. the service of storing luggage in the hotel after check out was not satisfactory - the staff asked us to put the identifying labels to the luggage by ourselves and he, just sat there and focused on the mobile.
