落地倫敦東西護照和錢包就被搶了，和酒店吐槽了一下，安慰我們給我們升級了房型，服務態度不錯的，早餐也蠻可以的。周邊也很安全，去市中心有直達的公交。

設施：設施比較老舊，是一家老希爾頓了。但是也確實夠用了，床頭沒有插座真的難受。 衞生：如果你深夜起床看向床底會看見不知名的飛蟲並且數量不少。總體看沒啥問題，但是別細看，沒有bedbug我已經覺得很好了 環境：周圍很方便該有都有，去車路士主場看球也方便。就是地鐵站需要走20分鐘左右 服務：還是非常有禮貌舒服的

Service was great , staff are friendly and helpful . They don't have a swimming pool so its more of a business hotel than family .. Breakfast is the same every day , the usual , but its always crowded and noisy .. not spacious.. the varieties are not much but the food is generally ok. MY room was cosy , carpets can be cleaner it was just below a level along the corridor and sound proofing is not fantastic , you can hear people talking and walking. The lifts are very slow in the morning , its better to just walk down ... that's my biggest complain. the best thing is the location, there are many supermarket convenience store , sainbury in a short walk ,so easy to buy food stuff.. its not in the middle of kensington but its near kensington high street station.

Good location next to Kensington Olympia station and bus stops but not that near the tube. (19 mins walk). Bfast was good and rooms were clean though curtains outdated. Advise to book room not facing the road cos can get noisy with fire truck siren/ police siren in middle of the night

The hotel is very clean, well located with a nice British breakfast. Receptionists don't bother to acknowledge guests when arrive (any guest), rooms are very small but that's London, they were ok to be in. Ah btw people who works in the breakfast room were the best for the stay, super polite, smiling the whole and always willing to help, they really understand what hospitality field is for. I can recommend the place for short stays.

這個價位在倫敦西區算是性價比很高的酒店了，房間也大，酒店早餐也可以，交通也很方便，最大的問題是雙床房床太小衹有0.8m款，胖一點的轉個身就得掉地上，早餐也比較豐盛

Quite a bog standard Hilton. The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Reasonably close to a tube. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just fine, nothing more than that. Reception area was nice, staff friendly but the room was bland and edging on tired. I didn't eat in the hotel. The toiletries and complimentary water was nice and the towels and shower were decent. I've stayed in worse places, I've stayed in better places.

乾淨、衞生。 説我在意的亮點：1、有可以打開的窗戶。雖然不能打開太大，但是可以呼吸新鮮空氣對我來説太重要了。倫敦很多酒店是中央空調、窗戶完全密閉，看著就讓人窒息。 2、除了靠牆的固定桌子，還有一張可以移動小桌和兩把椅子。讓喜歡美食的人，可以慢慢品，這個配置很貼心。 3、浴簾是有弧度的，這樣洗澡空間加大不少，貼心設計啊。 4、除了提供衞生紙，還有面巾紙。國人確實需要。 總之，除了酒店服務好、標準化程度高，還處處體現以人為本的動腦用心設計。
