The room is very small, with no air conditioning. Sometimes the key card wouldn’t work to get into the first door to the rooms. The hygiene is only so-so as the bathrooms were quite dirty. Otherwise, the location is great as  the train station is just across the street. However, this brings a lot of noise to the room. The staff members were really friendly and the service was quick.

I chose this hotel during my visit to London and it was very close to Raynes Park station. Its facilities are great, the bed is soft, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast it served is lovely. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't provide 24 hour heating so it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. As it was warm I requested a fan which they brought directly to my room and at the time of check-in everything was explained in detail. The place is so close to the train station and bus stops which is very handy for travelling

A good hotel in a pleasant area. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. My only beef is that there's no to store luggage which is a bit of a problem if you don't have a car. Some good shops and restaurants and pub nearby
