公共區域很乾凈，膠囊艙自己住也剛剛好，安全性也很好，需要刷三次二維碼才能進去自己睡覺的地方，前台一直有工作人員，熱情且有效幫助解決問題，很好。

酒店整體體驗很好，環境非常乾淨，公共區域和房間都保持得很整潔，讓人住得比較安心。地理位置也很方便，周邊交通、餐飲和購物都很容易到達，出行效率很高。

難得有空調！地理位置真的很好，離商圈地鐵都很近。i人友好，全程掃碼入住，不需要和人溝通。有自動販賣機和水吧，衞生間非常乾淨且寬敞

房間睡覺體驗比想象中的還要好，隔音效果不錯，公共衞生間也很乾凈，最重要的是地理位置真的相當好

帶行李箱的話不太方便，但是很新蠻乾淨，適合自己短住

First time staying at Otherwander! The QR key system was really weird to use at first but the staff were really helpful on explaining how it works. Everything feels secure because you have to open the front door, inside gates and a second door on your floor before being able to unlock and enter your pod. I booked a single pod which was surprisingly roomier than I expected and the storage tray, hooks and table meant I could store my backpack and extra bags easily in my pod. The pod also has a brilliant AC system, USB A and USB C plug as well as a regular plug socket in the cubby for your shoes (where you also get free slippers!) and theres a towel rail with a free towel to use as well! The bathrooms all seemed really clean and I didn’t try the showers this time but they looked clean and spacious and the vending machines for food and drink on the ground floor were really convenient (but a tad expensive given you can go to a tesco across the street and get the same thing cheaper!) Overall I had a really nice first stay - the location is right by the Elizabeth line station for Tottenham Court Road so its really centrally located which was only a downside when a loud, shouty group of people were on my floor at 3AM and woke me up - but it only proved how good the soundproofing was as it only sounded like light chatter and they were practically shouting full volume! Perhaps the pillows could be thicker or an option for an extra one would be nice and the mattress was a bit firm but overall I’d stay here again - it felt worth the upgrade for a bit more comfort and security compared to the Zedwell Capsule hotel not too far away.

Все отлично! Месторасположение, метро рядом, супермаркет. В холле можно набрать горячую воду и купить любые напитки и еду (если нужно). В туалетах чисто, женские и мужские отдельно. Тишина, спокойствие и максимальное дружелюбие!

I had a wonderful and memorable stay here. All the staff were very kind, patient, and helpful. They kindly arranged a quiet room for me away from the elevators, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. It was very convenient for getting around, with both the British Museum and the National Gallery only about a 10-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit London. Highly recommended!

친구들과 숙소는 달랐지만 그래도 저는 여기로 잡길 잘한거 같아요 시설도 깔끔하고 인테리어도 깔끔하고 여러모로 만족했고 직원분들도 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 제 플랫보다 나았습니다 제가 장염으로 고생하는데 직원이 약을 추천해주고 근처 약국을 찾아주고 도움을 주시려고해서 정말 감사해요 그 분들이 계셔서 무사히 런던 일정을 마무리할 수 있었던 것 같습니다 다만 체크인이나 체크아웃 둘다 간편하지만 룸으로 들어가기 위해서는 QR코드가 필수이며 핸드폰 배터리가 나가거나 방에 두고 문을 닫았을 때는 정말 아찔한 경험을 했었네요 정말 만족했습니다 여러분들도 꼭 비싸기 전에 예약하세요
