因為是夏天旺季，3700多一晚的房價也就這樣，總體感覺一般，房間特別小，馬桶裡麵還有沒有沖乾淨的頭髮，入住時間非常嚴格，14點以後，前台兼吧枱，離店就是門口一個小桌子，沒有行李員。人在旅途的感覺。

酒店2025年裝修的，非常新，大堂裝修很漂亮，非常喜歡，服務態度也很好。去大英博物館步行4分鐘，非常方便，推薦！

房間實在太小，訂房網站上寫的12-17平米，給我們的最多是12平米的房間，箱子沒地方放，二人在房間轉身都不方便，為何不能給17平米的呢？問了想大點的還要另外加錢。團購的就是最低標準嗎？希望後面的幾天能改進。也不含早餐，自己簡單點一些就又多了幾十鎊，感覺團購還不如自己臨時訂購的。

Very comfy and clean. Loved the bed and all the amenities. Staff was nice and helpful. Only problem was being in the basement I heard a lot of noise from people walking in the bar/lobby area but it never was loud enough to wake me up. Great location and just an overall nice place.

It was the best stay in my life! Really, me and my husband enjoyed it so much. Everything was perfect - the room, the location, the hand written welcome and birthday letters the staff made for us. I have chosen this hotel for my birthday 訂房網站 to London and haven't regretted it (a piece of a chocolate cake was really good)! Absolutely beautiful. First of all - quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, quaint design, but modern amenities: convenient climate control (there is even heated floor in the bathroom), Dyson-like hair dryer, nespresso coffee machine, ironing board and iron, and so on. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the main manager who always cared for our comfort. Moreover, as we were said, all the food and drinks in the room (!!!) was complementary. And they refilled it every day... (we ate an enormous amount of ferrero rocher) Overall I definitely recommend this boutique-hotel, it was one thousand out of ten :)

Stayed for our wedding night. It was great - unique room in a great location with extremely luxurious facilities. Staff were all friendly and they gave us a nice bottle of sparkling and some cake to help us celebrate our occasion.
