這家酒店遭遇半夜被服務員砸門，十分鐘敲了四五次，很大聲，太驚嚇了，還以為是酒鬼闖進來了，睡意全無，經過訂房網站及時協調，對方的調查結果是：“我們剛剛再次和酒店前台經理致電，他表示已經初步調查了情況，是由於昨天給您辦理入住的員工的失誤，昨天給您辦理入住的時候沒有在系統當中正確登記導致夜間重複給其他客人開房了，所幸您當時門反鎖了，沒有能被打開房門，所以夜班員工才來敲門讓您再次登記。酒店經理承認這絕對是他們的失誤，並已升級給到他們的區域經理來處理退款的問題，關於致歉信，他們會通過回覆我們郵件的方式來提供。”

服務還行，房間有點小，衞生間太小洗澡也不太方便...主要是WIFI衹有30分鐘免費，其他時間要收費13磅多一天，太貴....

西班牙飛英國過海關被限制入境，訂的酒店房間退不了，協商都沒用，第一天的退不了就算了，後面的提前協商退房都不行，白浪費機票和酒店。無語

Een heel goed hotel met erg vriendelijke medewerkers ! Alles ziet er heel nieuw uit, en het is heerlijk stil in de kamer, je hoort niets van het hele drukke verkeer. Erg lekker en voordelig ontbijt.Kinderen eten voor maar £1. Lewisham heeft een goede treinverbinding met het centrum, het is een erg multiculturele wijk met erg uiteenlopende voorzieningen. Ook een fijn groot winkelcentrum waar je voor alles terecht kunt. Als we weer naar Londen gaan, kiezen we weer dit hotel

The hotel is in a good price for this location (convenient transportation) and budget travellers. The room is comfy too. However WiFi isn’t included in the basic package and the room cleaning service isn’t as ideal. The surrounding area is also on the rough side of Lewisham.

It was a really pleasant stay. Very quick to check in and check out. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room is clean and hallway smells divine. In addition it is located in the city proper. I enjoyed going around the city and have done a lot of shopping. I will definitely come back and stay here.

Booked for family room but window had issue they shifted to two separate rooms again shifted back once window was fixed, heater wasnt working and no regulator house keeping unless told.
