Facilities where absolutely awful, I have a lot of photos to prove it, I am not happy and the management don't care they just said not true even with picture evidence and won't give me my money back, it was that disgusting I slept in my van instead , I also have video evidence so I will be going to trading standards.

Worst hotel I’ve had the misfortune of staying in. Firstly, we had booked a room with 2 double beds and only received 2 singles. There were bed bugs in the bed which meant we had to leave half way through our stay. My clothes and bag are currently in a bin bag outside in case there were any eggs laid in them. The window in the room was broken and there was a pigeons nest directly outside the window. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was tiny and covered in mould. The plug was blocked. The sink was filthy, so was the floor. The room was also extremely hot with no ventilation other than the window. We have tried to discuss a refund or compensation with the hotel due to these issues (especially being forced to leave early) but they’ve refused. All in all an awful experience. I couldn’t recommend it any less.

There were hairs on the bed of all different colours, the bathroom was dirty and had half used products still in it. The kettle and TV didn't work, which was very disappointing. Tea and Coffee provided was in a plastic lunchbox that had a used, broken stirrer in. Overall, was not worth the £50 I paid for the night. Either needs to be deep cleaned or price needs to decrease

The Hotel sits in good area in close proximity like 2 minutes walk from the train station. Not far from park and shopping centre and restaurants. The staff was nice, allowed us to leave our luggage in safe space, and they allowed us to check in an hour early. The hotel itself is an old building. The room doesn't have AC but fan is provided.

Had a really good stay at this hotel. Staff were great and help full. Location is good for local shops and restaurants and is in good location for travel purposes. I will be staying again when I’m back in London. 5/5 stars
