Parfait , emplacement excellent et propre Le personnel est très gentil et tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour Rien à dire à part l'alarme incendie qui s'est déclenché deux fois dans la nuit, avec un enfant en bas âge ça été très compliqué à gérer car c'était de fausses alertes et cela a beaucoup perturbé la petite (lit en mezzanine alors l'alarme qui se déclenche à 1m de nos oreilles ça été très très dur à gérer) Sinon tout parfait

Excellent location, couldn’t be faulted. Traveling with teenagers and they loved it. The sofabed is very hard though and not great. The regular bed is great. Shower is cleaning but water pressure could be better. Rooms are very quiet during the night, so that’s exceptional considering the location. Great value for money!

Konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi Buckingham sarayından Trafalgar meydanına hatta biz abartıp tower Bridge e de yürüdük, her yer yürüme mesafesi. Ancak ranzanın üst katında yatak görünce neye uğradığımızı şaşırdık. Hergün havlu değiştiriyorlar ama kahve makinesi ve kettle ın üzeri inanılmaz tozluydu

Encountered several disruption during stays. 1. Hot water faulty for the whole hotel, thus to shower in cold water. 2. Lifts were spoilt for 1 day 3. Midnight fire alarm notification, all guests were to run down via staircase and gathered outside of hotel. However, no further / proper instruction and safety announcements provided by hotel crew or security. We have to check with hotel crew and was being told it was false alarm. Terrible experience. Location is fantastic. Aircon in hotel room is great despite the heatwave outside. Hotel crew are friendly and helpful.
