性價比還挺高。房間空間還是不錯，服務也挺好，就是沒有電梯，帶行李上下費點勁。周邊Harold wood地鐵站走路半小時，周邊也有Tesco Extra大超市。如果開車，這個地方還是推薦的。

酒店衛生程度不錯 但位置比較偏僻，步行出巴士站大概需要10至20分鐘 職員服務態度友善，樂於幫忙解決住客的需求 但房間設施不足，沒有提供雪櫃

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff greeted us warmly. Nice clean room and comfortable bed.

It was really nice location. It’s super clean . The bed is very comfortable to sleep . I highly recommend.

⭐ 1/5 – ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! BE WARNED BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL! I am absolutely furious and disgusted by the shocking level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for paying customers at this hotel! I made a reservation, received confirmation, and PAID IN FULL BEFORE ARRIVAL, only to turn up at the hotel and be told that there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! HOW IS THIS EVEN ACCEPTABLE?! What exactly is the point of accepting reservations and collecting customers' money if you cannot guarantee the accommodation they've already paid for? But the most insulting part wasn't even the booking disaster itself. It was the hotel's absolutely appalling response! NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY! NO ATTEMPT TO FIND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION! NO COMPENSATION! NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER! Their only response was that they would refund my money. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You take someone's money, confirm their booking, allow them to travel all the way to your property, then casually announce that there's no room available, and you think simply offering a refund is enough? What about my wasted time? My travel expenses? The inconvenience? The stress of having to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute? REFUNDING MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU FAILED TO PROVIDE IS NOT A FAVOUR. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM! The management of this hotel should be thoroughly ashamed of how paying customers are treated. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. I have stayed in hotels before, but I have NEVER encountered anything quite this ridiculous. TO ANYONE THINKING OF BOOKING HERE: BE VERY CAREFUL! Based on my experience, even paying in full and receiving a confirmed reservation does not guarantee you'll have a room when you arrive. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. NEVER AGAIN!
