性價比還挺高。房間空間還是不錯，服務也挺好，就是沒有電梯，帶行李上下費點勁。周邊Harold wood地鐵站走路半小時，周邊也有Tesco Extra大超市。如果開車，這個地方還是推薦的。

酒店衛生程度不錯 但位置比較偏僻，步行出巴士站大概需要10至20分鐘 職員服務態度友善，樂於幫忙解決住客的需求 但房間設施不足，沒有提供雪櫃

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

Here’s I found the hotel and its staff to be very helpful. The following are its key advantages: The hotel has a low-key atmosphere, making it an ideal choice if you value privacy and discretion. It is also clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the standard amenities one would expect from a reasonably priced establishment. During my stay, I encountered a couple of drawbacks. On my departure, I noticed a cockroach near the bathroom toilet — an issue I suspect is largely due to the warm weather and therefore not something easily within the hotel’s control. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When windows are left open for ventilation, it is possible to hear conversations and noise from the hallway.

I was disappointed by my recent stay due to misleading information regarding parking. I booked this hotel through *********** because the listing clearly stated that free parking was available. In fact, I had stayed at the same hotel the previous week and parking was provided free of charge, so I had no reason to believe this had changed. However, when I arrived for my two-night stay, I was informed that I would have to pay for parking. When I queried this, the hotel acknowledged that *********** was still advertising free parking and explained that they had notified *********** to update the listing, but it had not yet been amended. Despite this, I was still required to pay for parking. I do not think it is fair for guests to be charged for a service that was advertised as free at the time of booking. Had the correct information been displayed, I may have considered alternative accommodation. The hotel itself was fine, but the inaccurate advertising and handling of this issue left a negative impression and should be addressed to avoid misleading future guests.

The location was good, but the stay itself wasn't a great experience starting from the receptionist, the way she asked for the identification, demanding to add card details incase of any damage to the property, no one available in the restaurant to get cutlery, network instead the hotel was zero even the hotel wifi was very poor. Receptionist was mentioning that if I do visit this place on a business 訂房網站 then I need to let them know in advance for a room upstairs for better connectivity. A place to avoid for business stays while in and around Romford

Disputing this hotel charge as the room was unsafe and unfit for use. The doors would not lock, there was no hot water, and the sink was blocked. These serious issues made the stay unsafe and did not meet basic accommodation standards.
