衛生： 極度差，進入房間看見床單有頭髮，就叫職員安排換所有床單，之後直接去食飯，食完飯及外出回來，看見床單還有毛髮，以及黑色的枕頭套還是未更換的那個，連痕跡都一樣。 設施： 沖涼花灑水量極小，完全無力。 沐浴露用完長期感覺好滑，沖水幾分鐘都感覺好滑，好像沖不乾淨的感覺。 馬桶離地好高，要好辛苦地掂起腳趾去廁所，我朋友身高1米8幾也覺得高。

很安靜 地理位置很好 且房間也很整潔 以後有機會會再次來到這邊 衹是可惜沒有嘗一下這邊的sky bar 一切都太趕了

房間非常小，層高低。 前台時好時差。 盡然扣了我兩次房費， 不知道故意的還是怎麼都，如果入住，建議看下銀行卡有沒有被扣房費哦。

The hotel was clean, fresh and modern. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. The room was stunning with full length dual aspect windows, comfortable bed and luxury bathroom. The location was right next to the DLR which was very noisy at times.

Honestly had such a good stay at Dorsett Canary Wharf 🥹💖 The room was super clean, the interior was beautiful and everything felt really comfortable and well looked after. What made the experience even better was the staff everyone was genuinely so kind, polite and welcoming the whole time. We checked in quite late because of the bank holiday, and they were so lovely about it. They even upgraded our room and offered us a late check-out which we really appreciated Overall such a nice experience and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

My secretary booked two twin rooms for me and my colleague. We didn't notice that it was an accessible twin room until we checked in and stay for one night. We talked to the receptionist and they quickly arranged the double rooms for us and helped us moved our luggage. Really appreciated!! In addition, the food in Canary House was scrumptious and authentic. No nearby Chinese restaurant can compare with it.

Excellent location, Clean, Neat. Good Room with Good roomy Bathroom. 6 mins to Canarywharf station, service is good, breakfast is good, Room decor is very good, Bathroom layout is very good, water pressure is good. Lifts are fast, View from Room is cool. More of a five star hotel at the price of four star.
