This hotel doesn't offer luggage storage. We arrived at the hotel in the rain with children and were told that we couldn't store our luggage. We had to find a paid luggage storage place, which wasted nearly a whole day. When we got to the room in the evening, we found that it was not a room for 3 person at all and unbelievably small . There was a sofa bed, which was even broken, and the headboard was sunken. Everyone should avoid this hotel.

Great location, easy to check in and out as they send you entrance codes. Room was clean and has facilities including fridge, pots & pan, kettle etc. Few reviews mention cleanliness/size and street noise but I found it to be perfect for a few days working in London by myself. Gym and tesco are a walk away, would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and near to madame tussauds. We got the room and building codes 1 hour before check-in. The room we got was perfect for the day. There was a kettle, microwave, washing machine and even a fridge. There was even hair dryers. Everything was great for the money we paid.

Quite a small room for 3, It's ok if not a long stay. Otherwise having all appliances. Cleanness can be improved with a hot water kettle etc. Check in was so easy. No lift so difficult to take luggage at top floors
