倫敦Kula - 科文特花園加里克街公寓 (Kula London - Covent Garden Garrick St)

I booked this accommodation through 訂房網站, but the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. After arriving at the Kula property, I had to make multiple international phone calls to reach the hotel. The calls were either left on hold for a long time or, when someone finally answered, I was told that there was no reservation under my name. The customer service was very poor. In the end, 訂房網站 stepped in and assisted by arranging an alternative Kula property at the last minute. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation required carrying our luggage up multiple flights of stairs, which was very inconvenient, especially with heavy suitcases. Overall, the customer service provided by Kula was extremely disappointing. I sincerely appreciate 訂房網站’s prompt assistance in resolving the issue.
