非常滿意的一次住宿，位置很好，出行方便，工作人員也很熱情友善，房間非常乾淨，設施齊全。就是退房的時候把轉換插頭忘在房間了，本來打算第二天回倫敦的時候順便過去取的，但工作人員一直沒回我郵件。

Amazing experience with Vertus. Signage from the station and all around the area was great and was super easy to find the location. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. Facilities and amenities provided were also above and beyond what was expected. Lounge and communal areas were a highlight.

New build so many things wrong with this place - tv issue, water issues, door issues & to top it all off customer service is poor upon informing them of these basic flaws & non responsive. Stay at nearby cove, Marriott else you will be likely be disappointed until they sort this out & no one needs these headaches for business travellers.

地鐵口出來走一會就到了。有單獨的咖啡休息吧，可以買小零食的機器。房間不大，但炊具都非常新。總體來説很不錯。

Clean and very convenient

Pros: * Excellent location – just a 5-minute walk from Canary Wharf Station via the Jubilee Line. * The surrounding area feels very safe, with a pleasant neighbourhood and community atmosphere. Areas for Improvement: * Fire alarm incident: One morning at around 7:00 am, the fire alarm suddenly went off, and my companion and I had to evacuate the building. Firefighters arrived and left shortly afterwards, and staff advised guests that it was safe to return to their rooms. However, no explanation was proactively provided. Only when another guest asked did a staff member briefly mention that the incident involved a toaster catching fire in a guest room. I believe the hotel should communicate more proactively and transparently with affected guests. * Room amenities: There was no rubbish bin in the room apart from a very small one in the bathroom, making it inconvenient to dispose of everyday waste. Tissue paper was also not provided. * Cleanliness of communal areas: In the top-floor communal area, where complimentary coffee and hot water are available, the sink was filled with used cups that had not been cleared or washed. There were also numerous small flies around the area, which raised hygiene concerns. Housekeeping and cleanliness standards should be improved. Overall: A great location in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, but there is room for improvement in guest communication, basic room amenities and hygiene standards.
