差的不能再差的酒店，這是我外出入住以來被遇到的欺詐型酒店，完全跟酒店圖片不符合。有點掛羊頭賣狗肉的性質。住宿讓人身體不安全，行動不安全，對人身都造成了傷害。

This place was so comfy, and there are lots of restaurants/bar/convenient store. Locate near the bus stop! The price was affordable for a group of friends. The location was easy to travel around london. Moreover, I met the cutest reception here💘

This hotel is excellent, thanks to its prime location. All major attractions in Central London are within a half-hour bus or subway ride! The room features a washing machine, a kitchenette with a toaster, microwave, two-burner stove, fridge (unlike many UK chain hotels I've stayed at, which don't have fridges), and all necessary tableware. Besides the attentive staff, especially Mr. Shahrukh Khan, who is friendly and helpful. In addition, they have a cute, kind, and friendly cat, and we liked it very much.

Do not stay at this hotel. It absolutely stank, the TV didn’t work and the staff did not help at all. I asked to leave and get a refund and find a new hotel and they said I would have to contact 訂房網站.com. Then when I did I was told the hotel would have to sort it. They won’t respond to me. The hotel was awful and not worth your time or money.
