克利夫蘭公寓肯辛頓 (Cleveland Residences Kensington)

公寓內有電梯，但是在門口有一小段台階，如果帶了比較多行李的還是有一點點吃力。我們是早上十點到的酒店，很熱情的幫我們辦理了行李寄存，並且直接放入了我們的房間裡。房間內都有微波爐冰箱以及可以做飯這個功能非常好，隨時隨地都可以吃熱食物。距離地鐵站也沒有很遠，附近也有M&S和各種速食餐廳。這個位置去哪也都很方便。就是地下信號不太好，最好是提前詢問一下wifi，否則你到了房間內可能會沒有信號。以及按金不能現金付款。

酒店離地鐵站10分近，只有4分鐘路程，而且那條街有很多美食選擇？

新刷油漆沒有説明，味道特別大，已經有明顯呼吸道痛，反饋後酒店不退款

Apartment was cosy and layout was great. Bedroom was separate from the kitchen and dining space, bathroom small but manageable Bed was comfortable and the heating/air conditioning was simple and easy to use The tv was smart and modern, however it was placed in the dining area where we only had the dining chairs to enjoy, a small couch would have been better so we could relax and enjoy the tv or move it to the bedroom.

Good location, very convenient, Staff are very nice. We stay for around 4 days, but no daily hotel cleaning services, the trash just keeps piling up.

Location goods and supermarkets a lot, can cook yourself, wash your clothes until 9pm. The conditions are good to stay for a week.

Checking in time so long delays after 4pm, checking out 10am. I got asked to provide full card number with security code manually, while I saw all guests check in without depisit. This was new for me as in UK it is not a common practice for retailer to ask for such information directly, usually this transaction is transmitted via electronic/digital payment . I offered cash deposit as I frkt uncomfortable to hand all my bank info with passport and everythin, but they refused. They agreed to cancrll but the proces takes long time and I was so existed at that point; so, I got left with no choice but to provide all card information physically. I got offered to I pilot the details on the website myself but still the receptionist has to be the one who submits it. I had special request that got approved via phone and text prior to my arrival for easy access room, but at arrival I got offered a room with narrow stairs that I was not able to use, finally I got offered an easy access room. Then there was problem with the door acces code, when I finall got let in receptionist was supposed to email me the new access code but he didn't untill I emailed around 8.40pm. It was very stressful experience checking in.

Great stay, location is perfect, 2 mins walk to Earls Court. The lower ground room is ok but some windows are high up with electric blinds but one blind wasn't working, so no natural light coming in (gave off jail vibes) but its ok if you're out all day and only come back to sleep and shower was a bit small, Apart from that the apartment was great with a lift, microwave, kettle, cooker and heater in the room with TV. Someone was at reception all the time so the communication was good.
