酒店整體挺好的位置不錯有空調性價比很高房間不算大但也不算很小在倫敦這個價格已經很好了但是前台服務不知道為什麼針對中國人自助辦理入住時我看前面都有送免費歡迎酒水到我們的時候機器上面也選擇了免費酒水服務但服務人員沒有給最後第二天主動問了才勉強給予。

房間整體還可以環境也還可以整體算是在國外比較好的，但是最差的就是前台，晚上有一個亞女前台，態度極差！之前在該酒店住過一次提供了免費拖鞋，所以就直接要了，但前台説沒有免費的提供需要購買，然後就想著在前台買一下就行了，但被告知需要去2樓自動售貨機購買，但2樓售貨機沒貨，返回前台詢問説4樓6樓也有，然後結果就是4樓沒貨，6樓售貨機沒開，再次返回前台後工作人員去拿了四雙。入住前這段經歷體驗極差，因為索要免費拖鞋跟亞女前台説之前入住都有為什麼這次沒有，被告知一直就沒有免費拖鞋提供，那麼我前一次入住的免費拖鞋是哪裡來的呢？

首先酒店位置還不錯，樓下三個超市，地鐵站走路5分鐘。但是我不理解為什麼住了三天都沒有人來做衞生，並且我們第二天還跟做衞生的人説了請打掃房間也依舊沒人來，最後一天晚上紙也用完了，房間沒有電話，就衹能跑去前台自己要，房間設施也雞肋，沒有吧枱，接水都要去走廊。

離地鐵站很近，酒店周圍有好幾個超市，可以去買補給品，3天不打掃可以兌換1樓的酒吧酒水一杯，前台小哥很熱情。

the hotel gets many things right. the room was clean and the bed! was soooooo comfy. i wanted to pack the mattress with me and carry it back home. but the highlight for me was the breakfast. a part of it (in terms of service) got me wishing for improvement, but that’s the management to figure out. it’s a buffet. i’m mostly self serving, so whatever, the food was good! the selections of teas in the galleys were great too. (refer to the last pic i’m attaching) the room was very efficiently planned. no drawers. just one closet. cost cutting done right. a much appreciated big tv too boot. it was easy to cast from my phone. also the location of the hotel was amazing. close to the tube stations and good grocery stores. i would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling solo. felt very safe around the neighborhood. overall a good stay.

這次倫敦玩連住了四晚，酒店位置很好，離諾丁山門地鐵站非常近，街區乾淨安全，去地鐵的路上就有個超市、麥當勞，附近吃飯的地方較多，附近是肯辛頓公園和海德公園。酒店員工很好很熱情，有求必應，房間很乾凈，酒店樓下bar的披薩也很好吃～強烈推薦！

Amazing place to stay, just a 3 minutes walk to notting hill gate station with macdonalds, pret-a-manger and tesco express right beside it. Quite a peaceful neighbourhood. Rooms were nice and clean and the BOSE speakers were a + Lobby staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly. Would stay here again for my next 訂房網站!

除了地理位置好之外，沒什麼可取之處，酒店非常的小，非常！稍微大一點的箱子都放不下，洗手池也是在臥室裡面的，衹有一個小凳子，非常的逼仄，完全施展不開身子，不過酒店周邊很方便，有很多超市，也有咖啡店、麥當勞，另外就是地理位置比較好，距離景點比較近，也靠近地鐵站，但是其實倫敦地鐵很發達，住的離景區遠一些也無所謂，地鐵半小時怎麼也能到了，再加上我們走的那天circle線停運，最後還是打車去的火車站，可見有時侯位置好在倫敦也不是絕對優勢，隨機的地鐵停運，也會讓優勢變劣勢。總之我不知道為什麼能有這麼高的評分，性價比真的不怎麼地，如果這個酒店衹有1000我會覺得這個評分正常，但是2000➕的酒店這種基礎設施，這邊的性價比極低

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! Totally my vibes… colorful, vibrant, young…love their bar style reception and friendly staffs 🥰 It’s location is really convenient at a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Portobello Market. 5 minutes from tube station, and plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby ❤️

前台不算熱情，但不能説對方有區別對待。然後衞生一般，入住時就發現床單是臟的，太晚了就沒讓前台換了，第二天跟前台要求換床單，對方就幾乎無眼神接觸地應一句。這個態度，這個衞生，這個價位，就跟一般了！同時期同等價位的，我住過另外一間綜合都比這間好，不建議前往！！
