Second time staying at The Hoxton and it never disappoints! Super friendly staff who go above and beyond to be accommodating. We also really enjoyed a fun night at Chet’s on Saturday night. The DJ really brought great vibes!

A very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. I wanted to book an extra night as my husband was in hospital having a major operation but the price was nearly as much for one night as the two nights I had paid for so far too expensive for me to be able to do.

Had a really great previous experience at the Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush, hence why I booked to stay again. Unfortunately, this visit was not up to par. I dropped my bag prior to check in and returned the same evening. The night staff were unable to locate my bag and asked me to check in my room in case it had been brought up. My room had a bad body odour/onion smell on entry, even with the AC on. The team kindly offered us to have a room change, and my bag was eventually found in the cloakroom, despite them checking twice before. I was hoping the rest of the stay would be good but unfortunately we were woken up by a fire alarm at 3am with no explanation the next day. Housekeeping then knocked on the door loudly at 10am, despite us being due to check out the same morning at 12pm. Overall, this visit was disappointing, as I know the Hoxton is committed to great service and experience.

Great stay at the Hoxton.  Rooms are compact but are well appointed and comfortable.  Importantly in the heat, the aircon works well to cool the room so you can get a good nights sleep. The food in Chets is always great.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s clean, convenient, and best of all, dog-friendly, which made our 訂房網站 so much easier. The room is a bit on the small side, but it’s cozy and well-maintained. Plus, the view from our window was lovely—definitely a nice bonus! Would recommend to anyone traveling with pets or looking for a convenient city spot.

駅近、ライブ會場のO2にも近く、何より居心地の良い館內でここにしてよかったです。私は案內をきちんと見ていなかったのですが、備え付けのかわいいバッグをドアノブにつけておくとホテルからフルーツをもらえたそうです。

The staff were lovely and even provided us with an upgrade on our room which I really appreciated - it’s also right around the corner to Westfield. This was my second time staying at Shepherds Bush Hoxton and whilst the rooms are quite smaller than what I expected, their ambiance is what makes me come back. Definitely recommend staying here!
