Falta de limpieza muy notable tanto en habitación como en zonas comunes. Desayuno con poquisima variedad. Hay un teléfono del propio hotel en el pasillo que suena a todas horas incluida la noche. Buena ubicación y wifi.

food is good specially thali but breakfast is ok. no variety. rooms are not comfortable. not well structured.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price point of around ₹4,000 per night. Here are the issues I faced: Drinking Water: We were not provided with sealed bottled water. Instead, glass bottles filled with water were offered, and staff claimed it was Bisleri, which is unacceptable. Only after escalating the issue did they finally provide proper bottled water. Air Conditioning: Despite setting the AC to 18°C, there was no noticeable cooling in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Television Quality: The TV displayed distorted, colorful lines, making it difficult and unpleasant to watch. Hygiene: The bed sheets and blankets were in very poor condition and had a foul smell, indicating a lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast Options: On previous visits, the breakfast spread had a good variety. This time, only 3–4 limited items were available, which was disappointing. Bathroom Maintenance: The taps and shower were outdated, water pressure was extremely low, and there was waterlogging in the bathroom. I had to call housekeeping to address this issue. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take corrective measures to improve the quality and standards at your property.

Great stay very happy with stay. good cooperative staff. if you are searching any good hotel where non-veg food and alcohol not allowed it's a great choice in lonavala go for it.

The overall experience is nice. The staff are extremely polite and very very helpful. We wanted a car for local sightseeing, they arranged it in a minute. The ambience is great. Food is to die for, I may visit the hotel again for that awesome Gujarati thali. Being a hardcore non-vegetarian and fish lover, I am happy to say that I am in love with their in house veg food. However, the executive rooms could be better. The rooms aren't as spacious and the TV in the room wasn't working, so we got shifted to a different room which didn't have fridge or a fancy bathroom. Apart from this, the stay was great.

It was a neat hotel. The host was welcoming. They helped with valet parking and luggage. It had clean bedsheets and creative pieces for us to watch. It is pet friendly and the food is great.

Excellent location, very close to the bus station and on the main street, which is very lively in the evening. Spacious room, very bright, and with all amenities. Excellent place, highly recommended.
