1) ac not working in the room then they changed the room and charged me extra for that room. 2) after dinner i paid my bill of 607- in there restaurant i paid them via up i my money deducted. Then they said money didn't came to us. You pay again. If money will come in our account will pay you via upi. But after 3 days i am contacting them for that money now they are not answering. Pathetic service. 3) i am calling them again n again but they are not responding. They are cheated me.

The property was like a make shift and the services delivered was less than the amount paid. Our stay was average out there, staff was courteous. However, one experience which i didn't like was we had booked the stay including breakfast and there were no buffet options available and only 3 types of breakfast available and we ordered multiple options to accommodate our family of 5. First of all a huge delay was there to serve the food and secondly the person who was taking the order and managing it was showing as if we were asking more than what we had paid, making gestures (when i accidentally looked towards them) and talking within themselves pointing to our table. Such humiliating behaviour towards the customer/guest are really unprofessional. We were taking the services for only what we had paid and not for free that must be understood. Anyways we won't be returning there in the future.

Room cleaning is not satisfactory, service is average, the room interior is not good, bathroom cleaning also average, and more big problem lot of mosquitos available there in the room and outside also.

Owners were down to earth room was quite good and they made sure we had no worries left. Hospitality and hygiene of room was great.

Congenial atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness maintained with tasty meals! A perfect getaway!!

Very bad place. . It lacks even roads to approach the resort. Unprofessional staff. Even there was no water in the morning.

Much needed place for staycation! had an awesome time with flora ecostay ! many many positives ! food, ambience, service, rooms and lots more ! definitely a place to visit again ! thanks for an amazing service @floraecostay !

Very nice hotel. Very neat and clean. Staff is very humble and polite. Property is near the railway station and easy to find. Food quality is great. Amenities are good.
