一般，就是最後服務員很好，看我自己來的，騎摩託車給我送到了機場。而且沒有找我要小費，臨走前，住一下，也行的。

While it is located near the airport, it actually takes about 20-30minutes to walk there. There is no proper pathway to walk there so be prepared to walk on the dangerous roads and grass to the airport. I was the only one walking to the airport as most ride a scooter or a car to the airport. Questions are answered promptly via WhatsApp too. My room had a 1/10 filled glass bottle of water for guest.

Booked this place due to walking distance to airport. Transfer from Senggigi for 250.000 arranged by previous hotel. Room was ok but quite small. Some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Wanted to hang out by the “pool” but it was pretty awkward if you are not ordering food (the seating area by the pool was actually for the hotel’s restaurant) so it was uncomfortable to lounge around. Breakfast starts at 4am to cater for departures. Ordered nasi goreng and it was rather bland. Overall, the stay met the purpose of not rushing to get to the airport if you are coming from other tourist spots like Senggigi or Kuta but given the price paid, things could have been better.

No frills hotel with decent wifi. Location is very close to airport, a Grab car would cost about Rp18k plus Rp20k airport toll (which the Driver can add to your Grab App). The indo mee (noodles) breakfast on the 2nd floor restaurant "RENDEZVOUS" was nice. Avoid room with West facing wall of the hotel as it gets hot in the afternoon. The staff are very nice and friendly.

I want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room. However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named "Airport" hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly. I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)

I had the deluxe room which absolutely not felt like deluxe. The bath had very ugly smell and was very dirty especially the basin. I found even hairs of former guest in the basin. At night some animal ran the floor above up and down very fast which was very uncomfortable. The floor was at some points sticky and the towel was not delivered as promised, I had to pick it up myself. The room is not completely dark rather quite bright with lights off because the light of the floor is all night on and shines into the room around the door. The window was very wet and so there was mildew at least at the window. The price for the deluxe room was in my opinion far too high compared to all other room I had during my 3 weeks stay at Indonesia. All hostels were better. The bath had no hair dryer and no power socket so even shaving gets problematic.

Kamar sempit, kasur sempit, utk 2 dewasa aja kurang apalagi tambah anak 1. Cm krn lokasinya depan bandara jd sangat membantu. Stafnya baik, ramah, ada mobil pengantaran bandara

Ideale ligging nabij luchthaven. Eenvoudig van opzet. Vriendelijke bediening. Eten was lekker en typisch traditioneel. WiFi bereik redelijk. Helaas geen warmwater. Kamer was schoon.
