All in all it was a pleasant stay. Airport service was smooth. So was the check in and check out. Certain parts in service definitely need improvement although every one from the team was very sweet, polite and helpful. Food was delicious. Breakfast is a la carte but everything we tried was really good. Beach is beautiful but unfortunately no water sport activities available yet. Housekeeping always very friendly. It’s a beautiful resort with more potential.

房間還是很大很舒服，也很乾凈，服務也是可以的，就是位置很偏，用餐衹能在酒店，叫車軟件幾乎用不起來，酒店的用車也很貴，。

Very nice resort. We stayed there for rest and was successful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The staff was very polite and nice, always asking for our needs, at the reception, the restaurants and the swimming pool. The food in the restaurants is good. Very nice stay.

Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Truly a highly recommended hotel for anyone heading to Lombok.
