本地阿雷古林酒店 (The Local Are Guling)

Sorry but not a 4* establishment. On the outside it looks nice and inviting. Inside it needs to be throughly cleaned and disinfected. The hotel is fair distance from the airport but that was my mistake. It should be noted that there is no Grab car service for pick up at the hotel and arrangements should be made either beforehand or upon arrival. The room needed to be cleaned and sanitized. The air con, though functional, had mold and dirt on it and smelled bad. The bathroom was dirty and needed to be thoroughly bleached and cleaned. The refrigerator had an empty water bottle in it and no fresh water available in the room. Even the stairwell banister and stairs leading up to the unit was dirty and needed sweeping and washing. I had to wash my hand of dirt after holding the banister. I would not normally complain but after arriving home I developed a very bad cough/respiratory infection that can only be attributed to the condition of the room and air con. With a nice cleaning, fresh water in room, nice towels and a desk in the room the hotel would deserve 3*+ but it is only 2* at best. Staff was helpful arranging a car to the airport in the morning and the breakfast was adequate, with very tough pancakes, yet the coffee seemed like pure Robusta. Hotel needs a cleaning staff.
