Kelapa Gading Guesthouse (Kelapa Gading Guesthouse)

I booked this hotel after arriving at Penang airport.we booked a taxi to go this hotel. When we arrived we searched for ten minutes before finally finding it. The reception staff guided the driver to the main entrance, which was difficult to locate using Google Maps. Before entering our room, we were shocked to find the outside extremely dirty and messy. Trash was piled under the stairs and the walls were also covered in stain’s (see the picture). The room itself was small and felt unhygienic. The television didn’t work and there was no toilet paper. We had to ask the staff to buy it for us. If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly advise against it. The standards are simply unacceptable.
