Window wouldnt lock tiles balanced on other toles plug sockets loose which is a fire hazard did not stay booked in seen the hotel was verry out dayed and left would not recomend  only good thing was the pond

The location was perfect for us splitting our journey the lady in reception was very helpful. The only criticism is the shower only had the'rainfall' option, no handheld device, not so good of you don't want to get hair wet. Every thing else was great.

Had a none smoking room but could still smell cigarette smoke. I know hard to manage if people disregard no smoking rule. Staff very friendly

非常好，雖然是老的建築和裝修，但是就在服務區裡面非常方便，而且房間裡乾淨整潔佈置合理。就是晚上睡覺的時候暖氣自動停了打不開了，早上起來有點冷。

Facilities in the room were basic but clean. There was a balcony overlooking a small lake which was really lovely with geese and ducks around. The area was well kept with picnic tables and there were lots of dog walkers. Breakfast was available at the services next door but we did not use them. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

我們是自駕經過的，酒店在服務區，整體來説還比較方便。旁邊就是costa，早上起來就在旁邊吃的早飯。這個服務區整體還是比較方便的。但是介意設施的就不要來了，有點偏舊了

This hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. It is incredibly tired and below par even for a low-budget hotel. As a disabled person, I was disgusted by how out of touch they were with code in this day and age, including a serious violation. We had very hard beds, which I couldn't sleep on, so I ended up with no sleep. The showers were over a bath (not very practical for a disabled person, especially with no bath seat), and the water pressure was basically a dribble, so it took forever to wash long hair. All in all, it's a shame the hotel itself is so disappointing, as it is in an ideal location for stopping off when traveling through, and it's situated beside a beautiful lake. The staff were very polite.
