The hotel is nice but a little bit old. The carpet is in an awful state. Except from that the rooms are big and clean.The breakfast is excellent with quality products. The situation by the lake but fairly close to the train station is excellent. I recommend it

Freundliches Personal,sehr gutes Frühstück,See "vor der Haustüre".Ich komme gerne mal wieder.Einziges Manko:Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Check-in und Check-out freundlich, sehr zügig und unkompliziert. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und genug gross. Grosser Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestuhl. Kaffeemaschiene mit Zutaten, Wasserkocher und zwei falschen Wasser im Zimmer. Die Lage ist recht zentral und direkt am See. In 5-10 Minuten ist ist man im Zentrum von Locarno. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter im Allgemeinen ist ok. Der Pool ist schön im Garten integriert, aber der Pool wirkt etwas unsauber, Milchig und nicht klar. Innsgesamt aber ein gutes Hotel.
