Auch wenn das Hotel gut 30 Minuten Fussweg vom Bierkönig entfernt ist , die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nah und bietet super Verbindung dorthin ,genauso wie zum Flughafen.Die Zimmer sind gemütlich,ich hatte sogar einen Balkon,Minuspunkt Kühlschrank nur gegen Aufpreis.Die Pools sind klassse und bieten auch schattige Plätze.Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen ich hatte nur Übernachtung gebucht.Shops und Restaurants genügend in der Nähe.Zum Hafen 10 Minuten Fussweg.Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Just terrible. Don’t choose this hotel. The AC doesn’t work, the smoke alarm was covered, and someone’s socket was exposed. It is not quiet, and the service is not good.

Hôtel bien placé. Enregistrement long au comptoir. Chambre donnant sur les piscines donc passablement tranquille. Mais les murs entre les chambres sont fins, il ne faut pas avoir des voisins bruyants. P'tit déj bon mais pas qualitatifs.

hotel poverty money. for the number of people. I booked 4 people. hotel said 2 people. you have to pay 2 people. not fair hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights. Overall, the hotel was good for the price. I really liked the food, and I definitely recommend choosing the half board option—it’s worth it. The room was okay, though the cleaning could have been better. We weren’t in the hotel much during the day, and came back tired in the evenings, so it didn’t bother us too much. One downside was the bathroom door—it didn’t close properly, which was uncomfortable. Still, for this price range, it was a good choice.

The food was very good and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is decent, and while the hotel doesn't offer its own parking, I was able to find a spot about a 10-minute walk away. The main downside was the cleanliness, which could have been better. That said, for the price, it still offers reasonable value overall.

Terrible management. I booked for one person and later tried to add my girlfriend, they refused ! And told me to send an e mail in the application. So I did it. When she joined me that night, they charged €40 per day, calling it a “night visit.” We felt humiliated. Staff laughed, asked for her ID, and got aggressive when I refused to pay in cash. Unprofessional, inflexible, and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back.

The basic room has 2 single beds joined together, which is not so good. The hotel is located around 10 minutes from the nearest beach, but the road is sloped, so when you come back you have to walk on inclined road. Breakfast is good. You can strictly not make any noise after 10 pm. Rest all is good.

Das Hotel ist Sauber , die Lage gut.Allerdings würde ich das Hotel aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht nochmal buchen! Wenn man selbst ein Typ ist der sich den Kopf weg ballert und gerne lautstark in den Gängen grölt , ja dann ist das Hotel sicherlich die richtige Wahl. Für jemanden der Urlaub machen will wohl eher nicht. Auf Wunsch eventuell ein anders Zimmer zu bekommen da die Nachbarn echt laut waren , bekam man die Antwort das ist auf Arenal überall so. Fazit: Für junge Menschen die Saufpartys mögen zu empfehlen. Für normale Menschen die Urlaub machen wollen wohl eher nicht !
