Sehr gepflegte Finca mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bäder, alle mit Glastüren und nichtmit alten oder veschmutzten Duschvorhängen. Gärtner kümmern sich auch um die Poolpflege. Der Verwalter istimmer ansprechbar, allerdings nur auf Englisch oder Spanisch. Kü

The location near the cove, the very quiet residential area. Distribution and equipment, good. Terrace and very large pool. Well-kept garden. Excellent views of the sea and the bay of Palma.

Very bad smell of sewage in the bathrooms Unbearable for a rental at this price. This seems to come from the evacuation of the toilets in the first bedroom on the right in the hallway. The toilet bowl outlet pipe moves. We have caulking with rags and towe
