We arrived late on 1 June. the maintenance person showed us a vacant suite before we booked the room (via 訂房網站.com) to appease our curiosity. our suite (#113) was very clean, comfortable & quiet. the breakfast on 2 June morning was good and the restaurant wait staff was courteous & helpful. before departing the hotel I commented to the hotel manager that we appreciated the restaurant wait staff. /Richard

We've been travelling with a Tour since the middle of March (now end of April), and this was the best hotel we'd stayed in so far! Firstly, everything was working! We've found that the power outlet in the bathroom usually didn't work in some of the hotels we'd stayed in prior to. The hotel staff here were very kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfy, making for a perfect rest after long days at our event. The hot breakfast was nice with flavourful eggs and sausage, not overdone. All-in-all, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We got in a little late to try the food at the pub because the grill was closed - next time!

Overall I was very pleased with the hotel. We got exactly what we paid for and it exceeded my expectations in other ways. The cost was amazing for the level of amenities and we would absolutely stay again.
